Lead the Service & Make this Winter Unforgettable 

This role is integral to supporting our diverse dining venues and ensuring guests are energised for a full day of adventure. Across settings ranging from casual bistros to fine dining restaurants, you will work collaboratively to prepare and deliver high‑quality dishes to exacting standards.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee food preparation and kitchen staff, coordinating tasks to ensure efficient, cost‑effective, and timely production.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members by familiarising them with kitchen procedures, transport, and storage practices.
  • Escalate any issues that may impact food quality or standards to the Head Chef or Manager.
  • Contribute to the achievement of organisational goals, revenue targets, and profitability while consistently meeting guest expectations for quality and service.

What You'll Bring

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Required - Food Safety Certificate (completed in the last two years) - For the state you will be working in - See - Do Food Safely (VIC Resorts) or Do Food Safely (NSW Resorts)
  • Previous work in a commercial kitchen 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Food Act and the ramifications to the business for non-compliance
