Provide Peak Service at the Gateway to our Victorian Alpine Resorts

Ray’s Ski Shop in Myrtleford, VIC is your first stop on the way to our Victorian Resorts —and we’re looking for enthusiastic team members to help prepare guests for their mountain adventures!

In this customer-facing role, you’ll assist guests with choosing and fitting rental equipment, selecting the right clothing, and exploring our range of retail products. To succeed, you’ll need a solid understanding of our rental gear, strong customer service skills, and the confidence to provide helpful suggestions and upsell where appropriate. When things quieten down, you’ll help keep the store tidy, organised, and visually appealing.

What You'll Do

• Assist guests with selecting and fitting rental ski and snowboard equipment
• Help customers fit rented snow chains
• Support guests with purchases from our retail range
• Carry out minor equipment repairs when required
• Maintain a clean, organised store and attractive product displays
