As a Guest Services Assistant - In Resort, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests, helping them make the most of their time in resort. Working primarily indoors, you’ll provide friendly, face-to-face support, answer enquiries, and deliver accurate, timely information to ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for.
In this role, you’ll be a visible point of contact for many of our guests, assisting with a wide range of requests and helping resolve any questions or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. You’ll have the opportunity to make each interaction meaningful, contributing to a fun and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the high standards and integrity of our products and services.
Predominantly based indoors, this role may require you to work from time to time in an outdoor environment to help our guests.
