We are expanding our Professional Services team and are actively recruiting a Change Manager / Senior Change Manager to work on client projects focused in Nova Scotia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering business consulting services to our clients and helping to expand our services operations in Atlantic Canada. The Change Manager will be a confident, trusted advisor to our clients and will focus on preparing and leading clients through complex change initiatives.


Job Responsibilities  

  • Apply change management processes and tools during projects, either as part of an IMP Solutions team or assigned to Client-directed work.
  • Collaborate with project team and client stakeholders to champion change management initiatives.
  • Lead / support the design, development, and management of key change management deliverables such as Change Management Plan, Communications Plan and Training Plan.
  • Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to assess potential change impacts and the organization’s readiness for change.
  • Help clients understand change impacts and strategies to successfully implement new solutions or processes.



Job Qualifications

    • Successful completion of a University Degree or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • As least 5 years’ (8 years for Senior role) experience leading large-scale, complex change initiatives.
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
    • Experience working with various stakeholder groups including executives and end users.
    • Completion of Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification would be an asset.
  • Previous consulting experience would be an asset.
  • Public sector experience would be an asset.
