What you'll be doing:

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role at Cellcom by delivering on our promise of live, local service. You will feel satisfaction in sharing your knowledge and helping customers stay connected to what matters to them. We provide a strong start with a thorough and fun ~6-8 week paid training program along with ongoing coaching and training throughout the year.

  • You will take incoming calls throughout the day and provide personalized service to our wireless customers regarding rate plans, billing questions, wireless devices, service questions, and more.
  • We are not your typical call center that is focused solely on numbers. We want you to focus on the customer and create meaningful interactions that build loyalty by educating our customers and ensuring their current and future needs are met.
  • There will be opportunities to grow your career through additional responsibilities and projects like chat, social media, mentoring, and cross training with other departments.
  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

You need to bring...

·          High School education or equivalent

·          1+ years of Customer Service, sales or related experience

·          Excellent Verbal/Written skills

·          Perseverance and energy to talk on the telephone for long periods of time

·          Remain professional, calm, and composed in all situations and interactions

·          Ability to multitask and navigate across multiple databases and programs

It would also be helpful, but not required to have...

  • Associate’s Degree
  • Call center experience
  • Passion for mobile devices and/or technology

About this role:

Training…

·          Held in person at our corporate Green Bay campus

·          Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Working Hours…

·          Call Center Hours 

o     Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

o     Saturday-Sunday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

·          We can discuss shift preferences during the interview process

Wages…

·          Starting at $18/hour with an increase to $19/hour after 6 months (dependent on attendance and performance)

·          Additional $1/hour on Saturday and Sunday
