What you'll be doing:

As a Lead Retail Sales Consultant, you will be assisting in the day-to-day operations in our retail stores. Leading by example, assisting customers, answering any questions, and representing the Cellcom brand with integrity and knowledge is the majority of the duties you will encounter.

• Be empowered to use dynamic coaching to motivate, build, and inspire your team to achieve professional goals
• Provide exceptional customer service by getting to know your customers
• Go beyond product knowledge by discovering what makes their life easier through lifestyle questions
• Provide products and services that compliment in a personalized way
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

You need to bring...

·         High School Education or equivalent

·         2+ years of retail or related experience

·         1-2 years retail lead or assistant manager experience

·         Cellular phone use
