Job Summary:

The Business Customer Experience Specialist role entails providing comprehensive sales support to wireless sales consultants, major account representatives, and agents. Responsibilities include analyzing customer account information, resolving billing issues, and promoting Cellcom services to both business and consumer customers. Additionally, the role involves administrative tasks, assisting with trade shows, and delivering exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Provide sales support to wireless sales consultants and major account representatives.

- Perform administrative functions such as system data entry, equipment delivery, inventory tracking, and correspondence writing.

- Assist customers over the phone and in person, handling billing questions and promoting Cellcom services.

- Analyze customer account information, perform rate plan analysis, and resolve billing issues.

- Assist with trade show and tabletop set-up, staffing, and walk-in customer sales opportunities, including activating new equipment and general customer service responsibilities.

-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Four-year high school education or equivalent required.

- Associate degree preferred.

- Minimum of two years' experience in customer service or sales, with knowledge of wireless sales and service preferred.

- Valid driver’s license required.

- Ability to analyze customer account information, perform rate plan analysis, and resolve billing issues.
