As a Snowsports Administration and Sales team member, you will be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From accommodating bookings to offering personalised advice, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceeding customer expectations. Share your passion, make lifelong friendships and experience Australian snowsports at its best.

In a typical day in this role, you might:

• Handle guest enquiries through various channels, from our office hub to email and phone.
• Matchmake lesson bookings to our talent Snowsports instructors, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
  
• Liase with the Snowsports Supervisory team to resolve guest issues with ease.
• Navigate an active an exhilarating workplace and participate in professional development opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
• A sound working knowledge of computer systems and processes
• The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to use initiative and provide exceptional customer service

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
