PROSOFT is seeking a talented Electrical/Electronics Engineer IV to join our team. This engineer will be helping us create high quality training solutions for our customers. Your daily work will involve reviewing and evaluating technical documents, editing documents and procedures, developing storyboards, performing testing of training scenarios, and developing course curriculum for various C4ISR systems, to include the Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) Multi-Purpose Reconfigurable Training System (MRTS). Services will be provided in support of US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Coast Guard, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and other entities, activities and agencies. Background on Radio Frequency Distribution and Control System (RFDACS), Extremely High Frequency (EHF), Low Frequency/Medium Frequency/High Frequency (LF/MF/HF), Ultra High Frequency (UHF) systems, highly preferred.
Experience: Ten (10) years with Masters or 14 years with BS degree of professional experience with design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing/integration of electrical and electronic equipment, to include: Technology Analysis and Assessment, Design Definition, Development of Systems Specification, Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems/Equipment Integration, Test & Evaluation Criteria, and Logistics support of C4ISR or similar requirements.
Specific Experience: Five (5) years of technical experience in support of CSRR Operations. Formal military CSRR (or applicable to task) technical training. CSRR Operator and DoD C4I curriculum development. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
Responsibilities
• Identify, design, and develop storyboards for development team
• Develop course curriculum for CSRR system
• Collaborate with team members to identify training requirements
• Collaborate with team members to develop training tools within MRTS system
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications
• Master’s or BS degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related subject
• DoD C4I Instructional Design experience
• Technical or Training background
