General Responsibilities and Skills Required for Success:

  • Serve as the product (solutions) owner within the scrum framework
  • Conduct market research to ensure solutions are viable and competitive
  • Managing roadmap attainment and minimizing sprint disruption
  • Assist and lead story time and backlog grooming meetings to communicate story prioritization for upcoming sprints
  • Screen new feature requests to ensure they are clear, relevant, and non-duplicative
  • Define use cases for projects and developing a library of user personas
  • Ensure Architecture and UX has been provided where there is a need
  • Attend sprint planning meetings and all other assigned product meetings
  • Verify successful delivery of product features with every release
  • Write release notes and send communications
  • Present and lead sprint reviews/demos
  • Support and consult with all internal departments including Marketing, Client Success, Sales, Dev Team, UX/UI, etc.
  • Analyze trends and fluctuations related to product adoption and feature utilization
