Human Resources Advisor / Recruiter

Assist with the entire staffing process for tradespeople for our various worksites, including:

• Complete telephone interviews with potential candidates
• Coordinate the arrival on site of tradespeople (accommodations, flight and transportation)
• Schedule pre-employment screening tests
• Help increase the visibility of the business
• Access and research on specialized recruitment sites and social networking sites
• Draft confirmation of employment letters
• Scan and update employee files
• Perform data entry work
• Perform filing duties
• Draft corporate CV’s for key members of the organization
• Help develop, manage and update corporate policies and procedures
• Respond to requests for information received by phone and by e-mail and forward any telephone calls and messages
• Provide support to the HR team


• Diploma and/or relevant experience
• Recruitment experience, an asset
• Experience in various area of Human Resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Resourceful, driven, attentive to details, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure
