What can you expect in this role?

They will also provide counsel, guidance and execution support for the company’s M&A and corporate finance activities, corporate secretary function, public disclosure, securities and financial services regulatory projects, and corporate governance.  This role will be part of Economical’s legal team, report to the general counsel and be located in downtown Toronto, Ontario.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join Economical’s legal team and become involved in a pivotal transaction, with excellent opportunities for additional exposure and professional growth.

What do you bring to the role?

We also take potential into consideration. If you don’t have this exact experience, but you know you have what it takes, be sure to give us more insight through your application and cover letter.

Go ahead and expect a lot — you deserve it.
