What can you expect in this role?

  • Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be accountable for providing superior service in a processing role
  • Printing, folding, and organizing an assortment of policy prints and documents and working directly with the mail room
  • Demonstrating superior computer skills and agility in using a variety of different systems and programs
  • Consistently meeting quality and production metrics to support the company service standards
  • Assisting other departments with various tasks as required

What do you bring to the role?

  • Completed high school diploma and relevant work experience
  • Comfort working in an isolated environment with little in person interaction
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a post-secondary degree or diploma or willingness to complete a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
  • Strong computer skills
  • Previous experience in working in case management, bilingual written and spoken would be an asset
