Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Chief of Staff (COS) and Executive Leadership team
  • Prepare documents for upcoming meetings; compose and edit error-free written documents
  • Create and maintain accurate electronic filing and record keeping system for materials, correspondence, etc.
  • Calendar management including, but not limited to: meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, event scheduling
  • Prepare monthly expense report to Finance
  • Responsible for ensuring important and time sensitive communications are delivered to the appropriate parties
  • Assist in the conceptualization, organization, planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and symposia with internal personnel and stakeholder
  • Credit card administrator for TEF Senior Leadership team
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English or other relevant fields, or equivalent years of work experience required
  • Minimum four (4) years’ experience in administration or administration management required
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office highly preferred  
  • Strong project and time management skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under deadline pressure
  • Strong knowledge experience working in a unionized or health workforce industry highly preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
