Description |
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project support to the Chief of Staff (COS) and Executive Leadership team
- Prepare documents for upcoming meetings; compose and edit error-free written documents
- Create and maintain accurate electronic filing and record keeping system for materials, correspondence, etc.
- Calendar management including, but not limited to: meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, event scheduling
- Prepare monthly expense report to Finance
- Responsible for ensuring important and time sensitive communications are delivered to the appropriate parties
- Assist in the conceptualization, organization, planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and symposia with internal personnel and stakeholder
- Credit card administrator for TEF Senior Leadership team
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English or other relevant fields, or equivalent years of work experience required
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience in administration or administration management required
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office highly preferred
- Strong project and time management skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to work under deadline pressure
- Strong knowledge experience working in a unionized or health workforce industry highly preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
