Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support Health Systems and Hospitals (HSH) Division leadership to manage schedules, coordinate projects, and develop presentations in collaboration with the Associate and Assistant Directors
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders and other Training and Employment Funds Divisions
  • Work with the Associate and Assistant Directors to maintain staff calendars and project schedules
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including tasks lists, workflows, timeframes, and deliverables
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to interested parties
  • Execute project coordination administrative tasks (reports, managing invoices and other documents)
  • Monitor project progress and create project status reports
  • Ensure projects adhere to framework and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Create systems to track progress, meet project deadlines, and coordinator all partner, staff and stakeholder activity to meet the project milestones
  • Provide continuous updates and develop presentation of project progress and outcomes
  • Provide strategic administrative support for all areas within the division
  • ·        Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

 

 Qualifications

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Social Science, Health Care Administration, or equivalent years of experience required
  • Minimum four (4) years’ experience in assisting in coordinating projects from planning to implementation, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certification highly preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with eagerness and ability to learn new applications
  • Experience with project planning, information gathering techniques, procedures, and practices
  • Knowledge of labor and management collaborative work and an understanding of health care reform preferred
  • Strong ability to diplomatically manage interactions with individuals at all levels and job functions both inside and outside of the organization
  • Excellent organizational, recordkeeping, and communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work under deadline pressure
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task and teamwork skills
  • Excellent judgement and ability to handle confidential information
