Responsibilities • Manage all activities relating to the opening and closing of the 1199SEIU TEF Manhattan and Bronx sites • Coordinate with the Facilities Department to maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment • Act as a liaison with students and teachers in implementing the operational procedures established for the site, and effectively maintain the internal and external relationships of the site • Assist and act as the site liaison for the coordination of events and classes • Oversee office and classroom space; order office and facilities supplies; and ensuring timeline service for maintenance of all electronic equipment • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management • Maintain a high level of professionalism and always provide exceptional customer service • Must be able to travel within the Boroughs of New York City as needed • Flexible, part-time, and evening shifts
Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum four years work experience as site resources liaison with emphasis on maintenance duties • Ability to lift approximately 50+ pounds • Experience providing site maintenance and maintaining digital equipment • Dedicated, reliable, energetic, enthusiastic, career-minded individual • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented and skilled at multi-tasking • Quick thinking and creative problem-solving skills are required
