Wavelength International are looking for a full-time Recruitment Consultant to join the close-knit Hospital Services Recruitment Team. This is an existing successful locum (temp) desk, where you will recruit junior doctors for locations across Australia. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing Recruitment Consultant to inherit a busy high-volume desk with consistent billings and even higher earning potential.  You will also have a para-consultant working with you to support you to achieve your goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Candidate source high-calibre candidates
  • Provide a consultative service to doctors seeking to make their next or first career move
  • Build trust and rapport with senior client stakeholders within the healthcare industry
  • Help develop quality new business opportunities
  • Manage existing client relationships and deliver service outcomes, generating high levels of repeat business at a fast pace

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience as a recruiter on a temp desk
  • Medical recruitment experience (desired but not essential)
  • A track record in meeting and exceeding billings, activity and client management targets
  • A strong commercial focus and business acumen
  • Drive and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • A passion for making a difference and working in the medical industry
