ABOUT THE ROLE

We have a full time, permanent opportunity for a  Sales Support Administrator   (otherwise known as a  Para Consultant  ) to join our dynamic team, helping to place doctors into roles throughout Australia. The role will support a high performing Recruitment Consultant who manages a fast-paced Locum (Temp doctor placements) portfolio. Encompassing a broad range of recruitment administration tasks, the key part of your role will be coordinating and supporting the Recruiter with any administration requirements (And for Doctors there are lots!) plus being accountable for credentialing and compliance. Duties include but not limited to:

  • Manage and organise all placement and compliance documentation in line with State/National requirements
  • Daily phone and email interaction with clients and candidates, checking on status of documents etc
  • Undertaking research to source candidates for roles, helping identify suitable options 
  • Responding to job applications, screening candidates and arranging interviews with clients
  • Validating candidate eligibility and checking visa's and medical credentials 
  • Assisting with projects as required such as market mapping, social media sourcing, headhunting, and travel bookings
  • Supporting Business Improvement and Project team with tasks as required to support the business
  • Liaising with the Marketing Team to create job adverts and marketing material 

ABOUT YOU

We’re seeking an individual with a love of admin and superstar skills (minimum 2 years admin experience). Although you don’t need recruitment experience, you must have a genuine commitment and willingness to learn and succeed and want to learn about the medical world. 

In addition, you will be a pro-active team player, always one step ahead and motivated to deliver exceptional results. Other key strengths include -

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Adaptability – you need to roll with the punches and remain positive
  • Customer service focused
  • The ability to manage your time and juggle a busy workload
