Ccentric are seeking full-time, Sydney-based Executive Search Recruiter.

Encompassing a full 360 remit of recruitment tasks, the key focus of your role will be helping us place high performing executives into positions throughout Australia and globally. Given that these roles are Executive placements you will be expected to provide expert knowledge and market mapping to secure the best candidate in the market alongside attending in person and Zoom meetings for job briefings.

You will have full support to deliver positive outcomes with a team of expert recruiters and managers around you and a researcher working alongside you to help you source/market-map. You will also have access to a generous bonus scheme.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Business development to new and existing clients 
  • Daily Zoom, Phone and in person interaction/meetings with team members, clients and candidates
  • Liaising with business managers to understand requirements/job briefs
  • Supporting the undertaking of complex research to source candidates for niche hard to fill roles
  • Thoroughly validating candidate eligibility for vacancies
  • Organising psychometric testing to be sent to applicants
  • Assisting with projects as required such as market mapping, social media sourcing, headhunting, and ad-hoc admin tasks
  • Supporting Business Improvement and Project team as required


An established recruiter, you will have a proven track record in hiring senior professionals across a range of industries.
