At Wavelength, we’re a humble bunch but feel proud of our 20 + year history as a successful medical recruitment and migration business, placing healthcare professionals in roles throughout Australia. We care about our colleagues, our candidates and clients with the aim to make a positive impact on the wider community.

The role will provide Recruitment support to a high performing Recruitment Consultant who themselves manage a fast-paced Psychiatry portfolio placing Psychiatry doctors into hospitals and private practices. Encompassing a broad range of recruitment sourcing and administration tasks, the key part of your role will be assisting the Recruiter in all aspects of delivering to and growing their portfolio, by providing high quality Recruitment support to both candidates and clients. This position will be KPI and target driven and you will be rewarded for your contribution to any growth achieved. This role also provides an ideal pathway for an individual looking to progress towards becoming a Recruitment Consultant.

  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects

Naturally inquisitive and empathetic, you’ll not be afraid to pick up the phone and build relationships with candidates and clients. Whether you come from a retail, customer service, sales or admin background the most important factor is that you have heart and want to make a difference in society.

Other key strengths include -
