MELBOURNE, FL.

The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting the Sales Manager with generating sales through the coaching and leadership of a Regional Sales Team.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist in maintaining and improving sales and distribution, and aid in developing sales forecasts, plans and budgets for the region.
  2. Collaborate with Sales Manager/Division President to plan and coordinate sales program for maximum sales volume and profitability.
  3. Provide leadership, coaching and supervision of regional New Home Consultants.
  4. Help interview and coordinate training to develop regional New Home Consultants.
  5. Monitor and support individual business plans and marketing efforts for lead generation and Realtor business.
  6. Provide technical support to sales staff using Customer Relationship (CRM) software and IHMS database.
  7. Work in concert with the marketing department.
  8. Ensure conformance of all Holiday Builders standards, policies and procedures.

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience Requirements

  • High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred

  • 5 years New Home Sales experience

  • Current Real Estate License preferred

  • 1+ year management experience required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, CRM software, IHMS database
  • Excellent people and management skills
  • Maintain attention to detail and follow through
  • Problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Travel required throughout the region to which assigned

 

Physical Demands

  • Able to lift, push, or move 10 to 25 pounds without assistance

  • Requires the ability to climb, stoop, kneel or crouch to gain access to equipment, files, and office supplies.
