The Billing and Invoicing Analyst works to support the Infinite Campus Accounting team by assisting with daily, monthly, and annual accounting and finance activities. Manages the annual billing processes and ensures timely and accurate billing of customers. Maintains Infinite Campus partnerships and the billing and commission structure. Must be legally authorized to work within country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B) now and/or in the future.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains reoccurring contract billing
  • Investigates and resolves billing discrepancies and errors
  • Reconciles monthly partner commission spreadsheets and billing
  • Processing customer cancellations
  • Assists with customer calls/emails
  • Processes approved credits and refunds 
  • Assists with coding monthly credit card transactions
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries and discrepancies; ensure timely resolution
  • Provides customers with requested renewal quotes 
  • Troubleshoots and backs up AP/AR Clerks in daily functions (billing, collections, accounts receivable)
  • Performs ad hoc project/reporting as requested
  • Back up to customer contracting
  • Other related duties as assigned

Desired Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Two – four years accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous experience in customer relationship management
  • Working knowledge of ERP system, preferably Sage Intacct
