Position Overview:
Manages and provides operational leadership to multiple service lines and/or locations within the MarinHealth Medical Network Ambulatory Clinics ensuring they meet the MarinHealth enterprise-wide goals and initiatives of safety, affordability, quality, satisfaction, and access. Develops and implements operations and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care consistent with best practices. Proactively manages policy and procedure, guaranteeing compliance with the clinic, affiliates, vendors, the MarinHealth enterprise, and state and federal regulatory agencies where applicable. Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices, standardizing workflows, and proposing plans of action to implement changes. Implements and manages capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets through effective use of personnel, resources, and supplies. Develops and maintains a solid partnership with internal and external peers, leaders, and/or regulatory agencies to facilitate and collaborate on initiatives or solve issues. Provides guidance and/or direct intervention in resolving challenging or complex situations with an empathetic and solution-based approach. Accountable for role modeling principles defined by the C.A.R.E.S Standards, clinic or enterprise-wide initiatives, and the MarinHealth Mission, “To provide exceptional healthcare services in a compassionate and healing environment”.

The compensation for this role listed on this posting is in compliance with applicable law. The selected candidate’s compensation will be determined based on the individual’s skills, experience, internal/market equity factors, and qualifications. This posted minimum and maximum range represents the minimum and maximum of what we reasonably expect to compensate for the position. Furthermore, all compensation decisions are ultimately determined in accordance with our compensation philosophy. Compensation for positions covered by collective bargaining agreements are governed by the agreements in the aforementioned document.
