Position Title:   AVP, Pre Purchase Review Manager


What we’re looking for:

 AmeriHome Mortgage is looking for an AVP, Pre Purchase Review Manager to join our Correspondent Lending team!

The Pre Purchase Review Manager will Lead a team of Loan Review Specialists who are responsible for the review of Conventional, Non-Conforming, FHA, and VA loan files to ensure loan file contains all required documentation, meets acceptable regulatory standards, and complies with established guidelines prior to purchase.


What you will do:

  • Drive the team to reach productivity and quality goals
  • Audit loan files to ensure the various reviews have been completed with accuracy
  • Constantly analyze current process for ways to increase productivity and quality while cutting costs


What you will need:

  • 3-5 years in Mortgage Production Management Role
  • 5-8 years in mortgage operations experience, with a thorough understanding of mortgage loans
  • Self-starter and self-motivated to meet job expectations and goals
  • Must be able to motivate others to meet their own job expectations and goals
  • Good communicator – written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years relevant experience with increasing levels of responsibility
