The Royal Flying Doctor Service, Central Operations (SA/NT) seeks passionate and innovative leaders to drive the future of rural and remote health in Australia.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Current Fellowship with one or more of the following:
    • College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM)
    • College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM)
    • Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA)
    • Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM)
    • Credentialed (or eligible for credentialing) with State/Territory-wide scope of clinical practice in Aeromedical Retrieval and Evacuation.

If not a fellow, a registrar with exposure to:

  • Emergency Medicine
  • Anaesthetics/Procedural Sedation
  • Obstetrics
  • Paediatrics

Ideally, you will also have experience in aeromedicine, along with a well-developed understanding of rural and remote Australia and the challenges of providing first class healthcare within these environments.
