DT Global  is seeking the following experts:

The Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) will work with the COP to provide technical management, leadership and oversight to the project. Specifically, s/he will manage the technical implementation of the project, supervising all Component leads and ensuring adherence to work plan and quality of deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

·      Ten (10) years of experience implementing projects in economic growth, value chain competitiveness, private sector/SME development and/or workforce development, with experience in fragile states preferred.

·      Five (5) years of experience in management positions providing technical, administrative, and management oversight of large and complex trade projects.

·      Experience in developing and implementing initiatives tailored to local private sector driven export led economic growth.

·      Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or related field.

·      Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

The MEL Director is responsible for providing overall leadership and oversight for the project’s MEL system. S/he will be responsible for designing, implementing and providing oversight of the project’s  MEL system, including establishing target baselines, developing reporting protocols that track implementation against targets, outcomes, and impacts, and monitoring overall implementation of the MEL. 

Minimum Requirements:

·      Eight (8) years of experience designing and managing MEL and CLA systems in compliance with USAID regulations; and developing M&E tools, methodologies, and databases to ensure accurate data collection and secure storage.

·      Experience in providing technical and programmatic guidance to diverse stakeholders on methodologies and tools for performance monitoring, data validations, planning, quality controls, accountability mechanisms, assessments, and evaluations.

·      Bachelor’s degree in statistics, social sciences, or another relevant field.

·      Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) required; working knowledge of Dari and/or Pashto preferred. 

The Finance Director will establish and manage financial systems and protocols. S/he will establish working relationship with banks and oversee financial transactions (payroll, services, tax and vendor payments) and budget reconciliation with the home office. 

Minimum Requirements:

·      Ten (10) years of experience in administrative and financial management, prior working experience on USAID projects preferred 

·      Experience with project budget and financial management including planning, tracking, and reporting expenditures.

·      Familiarity with USAID rules and regulations 

·      Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.

·      Proficient in the use of MS Office including Excel 

·      Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting

·      Fluency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
