What type of work will you be doing?

  • Full cycle technical recruitment for the technology business unit:
    • Requisition intake
    • Passive and active candidate generation/sourcing,
    • Candidate screening, interview facilitation,
    • Candidate & hiring manager management
    • Offer negotiations/closing candidates
    • Successful management of all candidate data in the ATS system and candidate tracking documentation required for status update reporting.
  • Expertise in sourcing and exceptional candidate management skills are required.
  • Build a strong pipeline of talent rich in knowledge, skills, and diversity.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

  • You will have a broad understanding of SullivanCotter’s business, and a more thorough understanding of the product portfolio for the Technology business unit.
  • You will be able to consistently generate a qualified candidate pipelines and meet your hiring targets.
  • You will provide an efficient and exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • You will build rapport and trust with hiring managers and support their adherence to recruiting best practices.

Where is this role located?

  • Remote: This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the location you feel most productive and comfortable. You will be expected to live within no more than two time zones to Minneapolis.

Required skills, knowledge, and proven experience

  • Strong skills and experience with recruiting technology and tools. Prefer experience with Taleo and Workforce Now applications
  • Strong skills in utilizing social media and professional sites for sourcing passive candidates, i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed/Glassdoor, DICE, unique technology sourcing sites, etc.
  • Proven success in building a talent pipeline and hiring success for software engineers, technology and IT solution designers and architects, BI, Engineers and data
  • Minimum of four years of related work recruiting experience in the technology field including experience.
