Internal Application Eligibility

To submit an application for an internal position change or promotion, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Current job performance meets or exceeds expectations for current role
• Minimum of 6 months in current role

We support your professional development from Day 1, so if you are not eligible, there are still other ways you can continue to grow and develop. Speak to your manager about other ways you can continue your developmental journey at SCFHP.

Creating Your Careers Profile

Once you’ve found a role that you’re interested in, click the “Apply” button. You will be directed to the application page where you’ll enter in an email address and password before completing the application. Be sure to remember the email and password you’ve used, as this will allow you to log back into your profile to view your application history, edit your profile and apply for internal roles.
