Wagners is seeking fully qualified, experienced, and safety-minded Boilermakers to join our Toowoomba team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on materials for custom builds, maintenance of earth moving equipment, transport, concrete batch, quarry plant equipment, and more.

About the Role

• Competitive hourly rate + Super + Allowances + Penalty Rates

• Permanent Full-Time

• Monday to Friday with optional Saturday work

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction drawings

• Manufacture materials for custom builds

• Fabrication and maintenance of equipment, steel, and plant equipment

• Welding and Flame cutting

• Maintain the cleanliness and professional presentation of the Workshop at all times

• Follow and comply with all Safety and onsite OHSW procedures

About You

• Open C Class drivers licence

• Trade Qualification in Boilermaker or similar is essential

• Demonstrated industry knowledge and experience

• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and show initiative

• Professional presentation and a positive ‘can do’ attitude

• Possess a flexible, adaptable and versatile approach to prioritising tasks in a changing work environment

• Pass a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol testing

• Undergo a National Police Check

• Provide 2 work-related references including one professional/supervisor
