Batcher in Charge 

Wagners is seeking an experienced and professional individual to join our Concrete Team as a Concrete batcher. You will be responsible for the allocation/batching at our concrete plant located at Wulkuraka.

• Hourly Rate + Allowance + OT + Super

• Working days - Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as required with all overtime paid

• Oversee and manage the operation of machinery and equipment used in the production of concrete at the plant.

• Operate and monitor automated systems to accurately dispense materials and ensure consistent concrete production.

• Customer service, ensure that all enquiries are managed in an efficient, professional and respectful manner

• Placing orders for customers and internal stakeholders and managing stock holdings

• Conduct regular maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of batching machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.

• Communicate effectively with drivers via radio to coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth workflow.

• Assist with manual handling and lifting tasks as required to support plant operations.

• Adhere strictly to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for both you and other employees

 About you:

• Current C Class Drivers licence essential, HR Licence Desirable.

• Demonstrated Experience as a Batcher/Allocator

• Loader ticket or ability to be VOC'd

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated relationship building skills

• Mechanically minded

• Qualifications in Concrete highly regarded

• Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in a busy production environment

• Ability to work exceptionally well in a team

• Experience in staff management and logistics coordination highly desirable

• Be a highly motivated individual

• Strong demonstrated administration experience and computer proficiency
