We are seeking an Architectural Intern to work full-time during the summer. This internship program gives Interns hands-on project work experience as well as the opportunity to learn about all facets of the building industry. We are looking for a flexible self-starter who likes to work as an individual, as well as with a team. This is a great opportunity to gain some valuable professional work experience. All interns participate in Epstein’s Internship Program that offers additional learning and presentation opportunities and allows Epstein professionals to further aid our Interns with establishing their professional goals.

General Responsibilities:

• Preparing architectural plans, renderings and three-dimensional models primarily using computer aided drafting techniques and, occasionally, manual drafting techniques. 
• Assisting in the development of construction documents under the supervision of the Project Architect.

Desired Skills and Requirements:

• All candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree program in architecture or field related discipline, accredited school preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required.
• Revit design and modeling skills are preferred.
• Candidates must have strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Prior work and internship experience are strongly preferred. 

At the time of this posting, the anticipated pay rate for this position is $17-$19 per hour commensurate with the experience of the candidate. The final agreed upon compensation is based on the individual’s education, qualifications and experience.

Interns are eligible to participate in Epstein Employee Stock Ownership Plan on the first of the month after hire.
