Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales, shipping, LC negotiation, insurance and other documents
• Co-ordinate with suppliers, customers, shipping/forwarding agencies, insurance company and bank
• Inventory management in production & delivery planning

Requirements:

• Diploma with 2 years of experience in handling full set of import and export trade procedures
• Familiarity with shipping or manufacturing procedures preferred
• Ability to understand and apply common shipping and marketing terminology (FOB, CIF, Ex-warehouse, DDU, D/A, D/P, TT etc) preferred
• Ability to understand import/export/cross-trade/re-export procedures and prepare full sets of relevant documentation 
• Customer service skills (telephone, problem-solving, handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints, email correspondence
