Job Responsibilities

  • Primarily, you will be managing leadership programmes that facilitate the growth of first-time managers and middle managers across the Singapore Public Service
  • You will ensure proper and timely completion of programmes assigned to you, working with a range of stakeholders (e.g. decision makers, associates, vendors, and internal administration) in the process. You will also evaluate learner’s satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement for each programme.
  • In the same spirit of continuous improvement and innovation, you will work with members of the wider Leadership Development team to redesign the wholistic learning journey, as well as propose and deliver new learning interventions for managers in the Public Service. As part of the process, you will support in the review of developmental needs of these managers.
  • You will also be involved in the design, development and organisation of learning experiences such as workshops, online webinars and/or practice sharing sessions.

Job Requirements

  • Requires at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in learning design and development with a strong interest in leadership development and organisation development. Some background and experience with designing and delivering digital learning experiences will be a plus point.
