Role: To optimise product and process efficiency for the site.

Jobscope:

• Plan and coordinate production processes on daily basis to produce high quality products and to achieve company production and financial objectives.
• Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
• To plan, identify bottlenecks, undertake investigation and advise on possible resolutions of the same.
• To regularly communicate and liaise with other departments on site to minimise the amount of non-conforming material and maximise capacity.
• To be involve in development of process design and construction for capital projects are taken under regular supervision.
• To provide process engineering to improve the plant on quality, capacity and SHE improvement issues. And develop tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
• To implement actions regarding energy improvement plan and monitor progress.
• Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
• Assembles reports to document process status and changes and communicates findings and proposals to upper management.

Requirements:

• Min. Engineering Degree in the relevant discipline
• Min. 5-6 year of experience in similar function in the Chemical / Petrochemical industry
• Knowledge of site processes Knowledge of chemical process hazards
• Planning and organizing – ability to prioritise workload SHE & QA systems
• Good problem analysis and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
