Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Factory, Suppliers, Forwarders, Customer Service Officers/Sales/Field Engineers to ensure timely deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
• Process Warranty Orders from Field Engineers Request to Factory, including:
• Order Management, Stock Replenishment & Execute Factory Recharge Process
• Warehouse/Forwarder Delivery Co-ordination with Field Engineers
• Execute South-East Asia Import & Export Operation, including:
• Global Trade Management (GTM System) Operation,
• License/Permit Application
• Strategic Control Parts & Dangerous Goods Management
• Forwarders Management include Freight, Transport, Crating/ Uncrating & Movers Co-ordination
• Create and Update SOP
• Maintain an effective filing system of documentations
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or equivalent with 3 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
• Team Player with a positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby
