Responsibilities:

-Assist in planning and conceptualizing event details

-Coordinate to ensure smooth running of events e.g. shortlisting of event attendees, sending invitations, assisting on registrations and providing on-day support

-Attend to walk-in customers' enquiries on related products to drive sales

-Provide post-event support

-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

-Diploma holder with some prior experience in service/events support role

-Passionate and high level of customer-centricity

-Basic knowledge for MS Excel

-Highly motivated & self-driven
