Responsibilities:
- Enable team’s efforts in initiating, developing, implementing, and coordinating experiments, in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders in the healthcare eco-system, and using lean and agile methodologies with design thinking.
- Identify opportunities to implement or facilitate strategies with Clinical Directors to ensure the objectives/programmes meet the clusters’ target.
- Manage the projects procurement and approval process to ensure all approval papers are in order and are submitted on time.
- Enable team’s efforts in managing project budgets and resources meticulously, including but not limited to identifying risks and assessing budget impact.
- Facilitate project meetings, see through follow-ups and deliver project presentations.
- Acquire domain knowledge and build technical expertise within the company for the development and implementation of healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Multi-departmental collaborations to compile and streamline process; develop technical references etc.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in bachelor's degree in architecture / civil engineering /building construction/project management or equivalent from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, preferably in a healthcare related environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, analytical and quantitative skills.
- Adaptable, able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team.
- Confident and able to work under pressure.
