Position Overview
The Accountant will be a part of DAI’s corporate accounting team. S/he will be an independent, hands-on, and self-directed individual responsible for multiple aspects of the corporate accounting function that reports to DAI’s Associate Director, Accounting. S/he will work closely with other members of the accounting and finance management team to drive DAI’s priorities and objectives.
The Accountant will handle DAI’s intercompany accounting and billing processes and provide DAI’s subsidiaries with accounting support as needed. S/he will support the monthly close process, generate monthly journals, perform account reconciliations and analysis, and other month-end accounting and reporting tasks as assigned by the Associate Director.
This is a full-time, permanent, Hybrid position.

Minimum Requirements:
For employees working in the United States, the full-time equivalent annual base salary for this position is expected to be between $82,417 to $96,962. Salary for part-time employees will be prorated based on actual hours worked. Actual offers will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and business or organizational needs.
Eligible U.S. based employees, will be able to enroll in medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k)-retirement plan with a company match. Additionally, employees will be eligible for company-paid annual leave (vacation & holidays), sick leave, parental leave; as well as short- and long-term disability coverage. Detailed information will be provided at the time a formal offer is extended.
