Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, recently voted #1 in the nation as the best large company to work for by National Mortgage News, is seeking a Regional Production & Pipeline Manager to join our Greensboro, NC Office!

What you’ll be doing

  • Providing file construction with an underwriting focus by helping prep files as needed for submission.
  • Assisting with reviewing suspended files and working with Mortgage Bankers and Processors to ensure that processing logs are accurate and managed within the service level agreements.
  • Being the “right-hand” for pipeline support including managing rushes, tracking approval statuses to close date and identifying files in jeopardy of missing closing dates.
  • Utilizing software and other resources to manage titles, appraisals, etc. and ensuring all orders have been placed for active files.
  • Assisting with the Mortgage Banker and Processor partnership including engaging in weekly pipeline meetings as needed.
  • Providing DU/LP/GUS support by being able to help educate and train Mortgage Bankers on systems.
  • Continuously seek ways to build and enhance partnerships with Operations management, including but not limited to identifying and effectively problem-solving obstacles to maintain all service level agreement expectations.


What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 1-2 years mortgage industry experience required.
  • Experience as a Loan Officer Assistant preferred.
  • Previous Processor experience highly desired.
  • Must work well under pressure with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Previous experience in a dynamic sales focused fast-paced environment required.
  • Strong desire to work as a team as well as the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive.
  • Solid relationship building skills with the desire to take ownership of business relationships by requesting constructive criticism and providing feedback.
  • Ability to see the big picture.
