Purpose of the Position:

In this newly formed role, you will work cross-functionally with EMEA sales, sales support, and customer success, to establish a shared vision with prospects and customers in helping them achieve their strategic goals. In parallel, you will work closely with the Director, Sales Support to install a culture of value creation across the EMEA organization. The successful candidate must have the ability to see things from the customer’s perspective and be able to hold in-depth value-oriented conversations at all levels, including CXOs.

Reports to:  VP & Head, Business Development, EMEA

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example through direct participation in the sales cycle, to identify, prioritise and quantify key business drivers, and help prospects and customers understand how Beeline Extended Workforce Platform will help them meet their strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales Support, to ensure a culture of value creation is adopted across all disciplines within the sales support team, whilst coaching and guiding them to facilitate outcome-based conversations with Beeline prospects and customers.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions, proposals, and business cases to prospects and customers through their use of Beeline Extended Workforce Platform.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, sales support), to ensure that prospects and customers are guided towards the best fit solution, whilst recognising value and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Beeline customer success teams to access meaningful third-party stories, that evidence ROI, and can be leveraged as part of the sales cycle.
  • Present to C-Level audiences, aligning Beeline’s value proposition to the objectives and outcomes which you identify in close collaboration with cross functional teams during the discovery phases of the sales cycle.
  • Work with the Director of Sales Support, to ensure a structure is in place that both enables the EMEA sales support team to scale, whilst being optimally set up to support the sales and customer success teams.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Passionate about being in a client facing role, articulating business value
  • Demonstrated consulting and/or transformation experience, which has involved working with cross functional support incl. sales and/or customer success
  • The ability to see things from the customer’s perspective
  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, financial / business case models
  • Ability to influence the opinions and decisions of prospects and customers, through articulating value and quantifying ROI
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships both across the Beeline internal organisation, as well as externally with partners, and industry peers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following functional areas: Contingent Workforce Management, Procurement, HR, or Purchase/Source to Pay (candidates with experience in other functional areas will be considered)
  • Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years of experience within either management consulting, value-based selling, or value consulting
  • Strategy consulting experience at senior manager or principal level
  • Experience in technology enabled business transformation projects
  • Ability to work in a team environment and share best practices regularly
  • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent listener
