Purpose of the Position: The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the promotion of Beeline’s products and works closely with the Product Manager, who owns the product, and the Product Owner, who works with the development team to deliver the product.  Duties include being an expert on buyer personas, and the market, translating technical capabilities into key market benefits, and creating marketing campaigns that drive demand. Strong communication skills are a must. This position requires close interaction with digital marketing, traditional marketing, industry analysts/influencers, product management, and sales. Travel as required. The position may be in Denver, Colorado, Jacksonville, Florida or remote. Compensations: $85,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

  • Product Messaging, including Positioning, Product Videos, Features & Benefits and Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
  • Identify and communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of the products to the sales, relationship, and channel management teams to drive product growth.
  • Craft compelling messages and develop sales enablement tools that support the selling process of Beeline’s products, including presentations, product collateral, product videos, training, etc. across multiple channels and maintain SharePoint resources.
  • Partner with Communications, Marketing and Product Management to develop and execute strategic campaigns supported by educational thought leadership content including whitepapers, blog posts, videos, webinars and more.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across multiple levels. (Product Management, Sales, Communications, Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, Client Success).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Strategy, and Product Management to develop a comprehensive Product Marketing Plan that addresses the needs of the sales team, supports marketing goals, and aligns with the product roadmap.
  • Works cross-functionally to analyze win/loss, competitors, and market analysis to gain a deep understanding of client pain points and needs, decision-making process and reasons for churn.
  • Partner with Product Management to shape the future roadmap based on client feedback, insights, and market trends.
  • Update and manage dynamic buyer personas to drive effective market segmentation and product messaging.
  • Provide product and market expertise for events such as conferences, trade shows, webinars, and seminars.

Requirements:

  • SaaS product marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s in business or marketing
  • Very strong written communication skills
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Ability to present to and effectively interact with C-level leadership
  • Knowledge: MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), strong knowledge of Beeline’s products
