Purpose of the Position:
The role is responsible for managing all aspects of the lead generation process. You will conduct data-driven research to create target lists and identify prospect contacts; qualify prospects via various channels (email, phone, social media, in-person); monitor and report on sales metrics ensuring a healthy prospect pipeline. By developing strong product knowledge and market intel, you will support the marketing team with region-specific content, events and partnerships.
Generate qualified prospect meetings for JoinedUp by Beeline EMEA sales team
Qualify inbound prospect activity via email, video-conference and potentially in-person meetings
Collaborate with the sales team on territory planning and target accounts for the relevant region/vertical
Create and manage prospect lists, recording notes and actions in CRM
Ensure sales pipeline remains full with prospects and qualified leads
Develop a presence on LinkedIn and actively prospect key contacts using ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator and SFDC
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in Salesforce
Work with DemandBase on Account Based Marketing Campaigns
Develop a strong understanding of Beeline’s value proposition and be able to articulate it to the market
Provide reporting for business development, marketing and sales, outlining areas of success and opportunities for improvement
Conduct analysis of potential target markets
Identify and attend industry conferences, virtually or in person, to network and develop industry expertise
Collaborate with EMEA Marketing team to manage webinars, provide region-specific content, and an understanding of local media landscape
Enable marketing to take a more strategic approach in the market, by supporting sales plan design and delivery, together with ensuring the right data is available for use and to support partner engagement program
2-3 years’ experience in B2B marketing or business development ideally within procurement, spend management, external workforce management or related SaaS technology
Demonstrable track record of consistent overachievement of quotas and sales goals
Demonstrated ability to engage with external prospects at all levels by phone, virtually and in-person
Ability to communicate a value proposition in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
Strong organisational skills, combined with a sense of urgency and desire to work pro-actively
Resilience to pursue high volumes of contacts and overcome objections
Highly proficient in MS Office and CRM databases
Flexibility to work remotely and outside of normal hours when required
Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude; comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment;
Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail, and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work autonomously;
Attention to detail / detail oriented.
Procurement and/or Contingent workforce industry experience
Knowledge: Beeline and or VMS/MSP experience
