Working hours : Monday - Friday, regular office working hours

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquires related to shipment matters
• Check pricing and stock availability
• Liaise with Engineering Department on Part Number’s equivalence
• Prepare quotations/invoices and follow up on sales orders
• Arrange shipment and /or delivery to customers

Requirements:

• Min O level
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess related experience in Customer Service environment
• Service oriented & positive attitude
• Able to start work within short notice
