Working hours: Shift work, required to work on weekends, 8.00am – 5.30pm / 8.30am – 6.00pm, off on PH

► Working Location: Tanjong Pagar

► 2 years renewable contract



  • Monitoring Staff adherence & productivity
  • Consolidation of shift allowance and overtime claims
  • Printing and filing of reports
  • Handling Escalations by investigate and follow-up customers’ complaints and feedbacks immediately/when necessary. May be required to handle 2nd level escalation for walk in customer
  • Staff counseling
  • Assist Executive in preparing/updating training materials and manuals
  • Assist Executive to monitor on service recovery issues and update Executive on any unusual service recovery issues
  • Risk Management



  • Diploma holders with relevant educational experience
  • Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred
  • Have experience in managing and leading a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
