Responsibilities:
- Responsible to strategize, plan and execute digital marketing programs to drive sales to ecommerce sites including Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 and other websites.
- Responsible to develop content and artwork for social media and online platforms which includes Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce site etc.
- Develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.
- Track and analyze data from websites and search engines.
- Responsible to strategize, p lan and execute all digital marketing programs to drive sales to ecommerce sites and a chieve monthly and yearly target for e-commerce.
- Develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase online presence and brand awareness.
- Plan, manage & execute promotion campaign for e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 and other websites.
- Develop, Design and manage company’s website, e-commerce platforms and social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce site.
- Work with internal, external entities on and effective campaigns and implementation of digital marketing initiatives and content marketing strategy.
- Provide monthly report & insights thru Google analytic, FB analysis, E-commerce analysis etc.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Handle customer complaints time and professionally, making sure that each customer issue is followed-up and completed by related parties.
- Has passion for the task given, able to undertake any ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, E-Marketing, E-commerce or equivalent with at least 1-2 years of managing e-commerce platforms in FMCG industry (preferably in Beauty and Personal Care) or Retail are preferable.
- Immediate knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Instagram etc.
- Possess relevant IT skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Social Media channels).
- A self-motivated and positive learner with strong interest and inclination towards FMCG (Beauty, Personal Care and Grooming) e-commerce.
- Possess Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good writing and copywriting skills.
- Creativity with good eye for design and details, preferably with photo and video editing knowledge.
- Possesses excellent project management/ organizational, time management, multi-tasking and follow-up skills.
