Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer of candidates and pre-onboarding preparation work and conducting 1st day orientation
- Responsible for talent acquisition outreach activities through collaboration with other HR Partner team members.
- Support Line Managers in understanding and executing HR programmes/exercises including manpower planning, performance management and employee development;
- Support Line Managers in managing employee matters including grievance handling, performance management and/or disciplinary cases;
- Drive employee engagement programmes which include coordinating DC visits
- Share feedback from Line Managers internally and identify new opportunities HR can better add value to business unit;
- Constantly review existing employee engagement programmes with objectives of driving cultural transformation and more efficient internal communications;
- Be the resource person for Staff Welfare Committee and provide guidance in terms of budget utilisation
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration with 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in manpower resourcing management and HR Business Partnering role
- Experience in healthcare sector an added advantage
- Familiar with local employment legislations and practices
- Self-motivated, resourceful. Able to multi-task and work under minimum supervision
