✓ Working hours : Monday - Friday, regular office working hours


  • Assist in benefits and company house leasing matters for expatriate staff
  • Check and ensure the accuracy of monthly staff claims
  • Prepare reports and documents for onboarding/offboarding process
  • Oversee leave and MC records of contract, vendor staff as well as collect vendor invoice with timesheet & leave record from respective project team and pass to accounting staff
  • Assist the manager in preparing HR reports for Japan HQ
  • Provide secretarial support such as business travel arrangements for staff and VIP guests 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR, Contract administration
  • Ability to communicate using Business Communication level of Japanese language
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality with an open mindset, work well as team member
  • Meticulous and have a positive working attitude 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
  • Basic HR skills will be advantageous
