Our Client is a well-established Healthcare Organization.
The incumbents will work with Agencies, Organisations, Healthcare, Grassroots and Education institutions to deliver health education and kidney failure prevention programmes.
Work in a team to plan and develop related education and prevention efforts, as well as generate partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
Plan, organize and implement outreach programmes.
Strategize and develop effective and consistent communications on key messages to stakeholders and members of the public.
Generate and nurture partnerships with relevant stakeholders such as Agencies, Grassroots organisation, Corporations, Healthcare institutions and Education institutions.
Analyse initiatives and programmes, make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness and outreach.
Conceptualize and execute foundation-wide events.
Bachelor Degree in Public health, Life sciences, Integrated care, Community health or Sociology.
At least 5 years of working experience in Healthcare, Health promotion, Social service or Community outreach engagement.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Critical analysis abilities is required.
Highly independent but yet effective in team setting.
Passion in working with the community to better integrate Health services.
Experience in quantitative data analysis and qualitative research is highly preferred.
Working Location: Central.
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursday, 8.30am to 6pm and Fridays, 8.30am to 5pm.
