On behalf of our client who is IT Consulting Service Provider specializing in solutions for governance administration, compliance management, and data governance requirements, we are sourcing for a motivated QA Director.
The QA Director will be responsible for managing Quality assurance of the company’s product stack and project implementations. This will include incorporating best practises, quality assurance industry standards, understanding challenges faced by implementation teams and pain points of different stake holders.
Good understanding of Identity Management domain.
Implementing industry standard QA practises across company’s projects.
Experience in both Manal and Automation test management.
Expediting automation testing to ensure robust product and reduce the manual effort.
End-to-end quality assurance plan for new product stacks. Manage quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
Interpret, build upon, and comply with defined quality assurance standards.
Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines.
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
Carefully maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with QA guidelines.
Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
Guiding QA teams during SIT and UAT to ensure best quality deliverable by achieving 100% test coverage.
Provide training and support to quality assurance team on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
Deriving and validating the effort required to deliver upcoming projects/CR.
Managing the QA resource pool to ensure balance between project and product teams.
Understanding the pain points of customers and provide guidance to product QA team to think from customer centric perspective.
Improvising the documentations to ensure effective QA model implementation.
Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years of experience in implementing Quality Assurance
In depth knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
Professional certification, such as ISTQB, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor
Expertise in STLC
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice
