Company : Retail MNC

Working hours : Monday – Friday, regular office working hours

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day to day office administrative support duties
  • Process customers order for products such as generating invoices, updating delivery schedule and records
  • Manage customers’ enquiries via phone and email
  • Work closely with internal and external parties on servicing issues
  • Assist in maintaining and manage the stock inventory for sales and repairs
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least NITEC/‘O’ Level or equivalent
  • Candidate with prior experience supporting events, exhibitions, trade shows, expo would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A problem solver with ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organized and able to make prioritization
